Experience: Previous professional or personal experience in a care setting (e.g., Domiciliary Care, Residential Care, Support Work).

Qualifications: A relevant care qualification (e.g., NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care) or willingness to work towards one.

Driving: Full, clean UK driving license and access to your own reliable vehicle (often essential in rural areas or for roles requiring travel between clients).

Training: Up-to-date mandatory training certificates (e.g., Manual Handling, Medication Administration, First Aid).
